Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at cabot_chen@mrtycoonshoes.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
