Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and supplier fulfillment schedules. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Please note that some products may ship separately depending on warehouse location or package size.
If there is a significant delay beyond 5 business days, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (U.S., Canada, Australia, major EU countries)

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after the order has been dispatched.
Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first to verify delivery details before contacting us.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within:

from the shipping date, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
If a package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Force majeure events
However, we will always work with you to reach a reasonable resolution.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacement costs.
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Returns Related to Shipping
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos as proof.

8. Shipping Availability
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders from regions where delivery is unavailable or restricted by law.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
